AERON
Holder rewards

What the rail earns, holders own.

Holders are paid in tokenized stock. The rail's earnings buy it, and it can be funded directly on top of that. When a round is called the pool is sent straight to holder addresses — no claim page, no signature, no window to miss.

The loop

Five moves
01

Agents pay per call

Inference, market data, RWA quotes. Each call settles in USDG on Robinhood Chain to 0x1b8e…80bd, and the transfer is on chain before the answer is. Nothing is invoiced, nothing is trusted.

Revenue
02

A round is called

Rounds run when we run them — daily, weekly, or after a week of nothing. There is no calendar to wait for and none to game. The pool is whatever the treasury holds at that moment: not a projection and not a promise, a balance anyone can read at that address.

Round
03

A block is drawn

One block since the previous round is selected as the snapshot and published only afterwards. With no schedule to read and no announcement to front-run, buying in ahead of a round buys a chance the draw has already passed. The deadline is behind you.

Snapshot
04

The pool holds real assets

Tokenized stock on Robinhood Chain, bought with what the rail earned — and topped up directly when we choose to fund it beyond revenue. Only freely transferable assets qualify; anything permissioned cannot reach a holder and is out by construction. Treasury rules.

Conversion
05

It lands in the wallet

Assets are transferred to eligible addresses pro rata against the snapshot. Holders do nothing. The distribution is a batch of transfers on a public chain, which means it is auditable whether or not we describe it accurately.

— Balances read from the tokens themselves and marked to Robinhood's bid; rail earnings from Aeronscan, which indexes the chain rather than a counter we keep. Aeron's facilitator also relays payments for other sellers, a much larger number, none of it Aeron's money and none of it here.

Move the threshold and the register below re-sorts itself.

Five million was set against delivery cost, not holder count: lower lines put hundreds of addresses in one batch and spend more on gas than the pool holds. It is not a break-even — today the smallest recipient still receives slightly less than the transfer carrying it, and that crossing sits nearer six million. It falls as the pool grows. Move the control to price any other line.

Reading the register…
Balances rebuilt from every Transfer event since the token's first move. Blocks here run at a tenth of a second and public nodes keep state for minutes, so a distribution's authority is the published register and its conservation check, not a promise the block can be re-read later.

Rules

Invariants

The threshold is set and the register is complete. What is left is not a decision but an amount: the pool has to outgrow the cost of handing it out.
