AERON
Privacy

There is no account to have privacy about.

Aeron has no sign-up, no login, no cookie, and no analytics of any kind. Nothing on this site or on the rail identifies you. This page says what is written down, where it goes, and how long it stays — because "we collect nothing" is almost true here, and the exceptions are worth naming precisely.

What is collected

Collection

The website (aeron.sh and its pages) sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no tracking scripts. There is nothing to opt out of because there is nothing running.

The read-only APIs — including the MCP server at market.aeron.sh/mcp, the free catalogue routes, the docs and the explorer — require no account and no key. Nothing about the caller is written to a database. Requests are served and forgotten.

Paid calls are the exception, and the only one. When an agent pays for a call over x402, a sale record is written so the merchant can be paid and the books balance. It contains:

No message content, request body, or answer from a merchant is stored. Aeron does not read, keep, or train on what passes through a paid call.

Payments are public by design. Settlement happens on Robinhood Chain, a public blockchain. Every transfer — addresses, amounts, timestamps — is permanently visible to anyone, on Aeron's explorer and on every other. This is a property of the chain, not a choice Aeron makes, and it cannot be undone or deleted by us or by you.

How it is used and stored

Usage

Sale records exist to settle payments, to show merchants what they earned, and to publish the aggregate counters on the public ledger. They are not used for profiling, advertising, or resale, and they are not combined with anything from another source.

The merchant directory is built from public data about businesses, not about people: endpoints published to Coinbase's public x402 discovery source, and merchant logos fetched once from the merchants' own sites. Aeron serves those logos itself rather than through a favicon service, specifically so that no third party is handed a record of which merchants a visitor looks at.

Everything runs on Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare D1. As the host, Cloudflare processes requests and keeps standard server logs — IP address, user agent, timing — under its own policy. Aeron does not query those logs to identify anyone.

Because there is no account, there is nothing to log into and nothing to delete on request. Requests about data protection — access, correction, erasure, or objection — can be raised at the contact below, and will be answered honestly, including where the answer is that on-chain data cannot be erased by anyone.

Aeron is not intended for children and asks for no age, name or contact detail at any point.
